Endless Dreams RP is a custom server experience and is not approved, sponsored, or endorsed by Rockstar Games. Tebex is the authorized monetization partner used for purchases related to this server.
2. Nature of Products
All products sold through this store are non-physical digital products and server-related entitlements for use on Endless Dreams RP only.
Depending on the listing, products may include:

✅ Housing/property access entitlements
✅ Custom clothing access
✅ Custom character/model-related services
✅ Event or showroom access
✅ VIP memberships
✅ Application-related services
✅ Character services
⚠️ Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise, purchases grant only a limited, account-bound right to access or use the relevant feature or content on Endless Dreams RP. No purchase transfers ownership of any asset files, intellectual property rights, downloadable content files, or standalone license rights to the customer.
3. Server-Only Use
All store products are provided for use on Endless Dreams RP only. Products may not be copied, exported, transferred, sublicensed, shared, resold, or redistributed outside the server.
Where a listing uses roleplay-friendly terms such as Lease, Permit, Pass, or similar language, those terms refer to a server-specific access entitlement only and do not represent ownership of the underlying asset or content.
4. Delivery
Most products are delivered automatically or manually within 24–48 hours after successful payment and any required verification.Some purchases require the customer to complete additional steps through our Discord or support system, such as opening a ticket, selecting options, or submitting character details. Failure to complete required steps may delay fulfillment.

5. Product Availability and Changes
Because Custom Server content, integrations, and third-party dependencies can change, products and related server features may be modified, replaced, suspended, or removed if required by technical changes, platform policy, content rights, compatibility issues, or server rules. Purchases do not
guarantee uninterrupted or perpetual availability of any specific feature, asset, or implementation.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Store Credit
Due to the nature of digital products and server entitlements, all sales are generally final once fulfilled, except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
We may, at our discretion, offer a refund, store credit, replacement, or transfer in cases such as:
🔹Duplicate purchases
🔹Failed delivery caused by our systems
🔹Canceled staff-run events
🔹An item becoming unavailable before delivery
🔹Another issue we determine should be remedied
Refunds or credits will not usually be granted for:
🔸Purchasing the wrong item
🔸Failure to read the listing
🔸Missing an event due to player absence
🔸Denied applications or service requests where the listing clearly disclosed requirements
🔸Changing your mind after fulfillment
🔸Inactivity on the server
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, associated server access, entitlements, memberships, or services may be suspended while the matter is reviewed.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in removal from the community or restriction from future purchases. Tebex may also apply its own dispute-handling, seller-protection, or account measures under its policies.
8. User Responsibilities
By purchasing from this store, you agree to:

✔ Complete any required redemption or setup steps
✔ Comply with server rules and applicable platform policies
✔ Understand that purchases are tied to use on Endless Dreams RP only
Failure to follow required steps or server rules may result in delayed delivery, suspension of access, or loss of services without refund where permitted by law.
9. VIP Memberships and Ongoing Benefits
VIP memberships and similar packages provide access to the perks described in the relevant listing. Benefits are limited to Endless Dreams RP and may be adjusted if necessary for balance, technical, policy, or operational reasons.
Unless explicitly stated in the listing, VIP or supporter products do not grant ownership of content files or transferable rights.
10. Removal, Suspension, or Ban
If a player is suspended, banned, or removed from Endless Dreams RP for violating community rules, platform requirements, or store abuse rules, associated server entitlements and services may be revoked or suspended without refund, except where required by applicable law.
11. Compliance and Content Limits
Store products are offered subject to the FiveM/Cfx.re platform rules, the Creator PLA, and Tebex policies. We do not sell Rockstar-created virtual items for real money, in-game currency for real money, loot-box or chance-based rewards, or standalone third-party content files through this store.
